André had accumulated 20 years experience in healthcare when he decided to found Medical Euro and other companies in the group. Before investing in his business, he spent 4 years in a hospital, where he acquired his expertise in OPSM. Later, he started to work in the industry, at which time he was part of Baumer, a national industry with great expression in the medical segment. He also participated in companies such as Orthofix and an exclusive J&J distributor. His Foreign Trade educational background and all the knowledge obtained throughout his professional career accumulated to the group a broad view of the market and commercial area, contributing to new partnerships, success, and brand recognition.

Fabio is co-founder of Medical Euro and other companies in the group. His 20 years experience in the health field, combined with his postgraduate degree in the same sector, accumulate to the group a vision of the future and strategic actions. Before leading his company, he climbed from an executive career to managing exclusive distributors for renowned brands such as Stryker, J&J, and Alpha Tech. His entrepreneurial and disruptive spirit had collaborated earlier in the establishment of 7 companies from different segments. This vast learning acquired is a crucial gain for Medical Euro today, bringing a perspective into the future and daring to think outside the box.
